Sure, we have the know-how, but perhaps more interesting is what we’ve done in our previous lives as musicians, artists, entrepreneurs, and athletes. On our team, you’ll find record collectors, runners, coffee connoisseurs, avid travelers, and community volunteers, among other things of course. Collectively, we care about improving people’s experiences – solving real problems and generating change. Anwar Eaton
UX Manager
Anwar is passionate about UX and aims to create user-friendly products for everyone. He has a Master's degree in Human-Computer Interaction and over eight years of experience in UX, having worked for companies such as Eli Lilly, Liberty Mutual, and the Health and Human Services department. In addition to his dedication to creating accessible products, he shares his knowledge with the next generation of UX designers through his lecturing experience at IUPUI.

Sandy Nguyen
UX Designer
Sandy was first introduced to UX during her undergraduate studies and took an interest in research before transitioning to design. Her background in psychology and human-computer interaction brings an understanding of user behavior and decision-making to the products she creates. She has over three years of experience working with various companies, from startups to midsize, across industries that include government services, home services, and augmented reality.

Emma Rosen
UX Designer
Emma discovered UX Design during the pandemic and earned her certificate through an online bootcamp. Motivated by digital inclusion and artistic expression, she approaches design with a passion for people and the goal of creating experiences that are warm and welcoming to all users. Taking inspiration from video games, Emma strives to strike the perfect balance between instruction and immersion in all her work.
